I’m passionate about delivering truly result-driven treatments, and my absolute favorite is this powerful custom duo: my signature therapeutic hot stone back treatment followed by the illuminating O2 Lift facial.
Indulge in two plus hours of pure bliss and restoration. This luxurious combination melts away tension with massage and deep therapeutic heat while the O2 Lift deeply exfoliates, oxygenates, and infuses your skin with plant stem cells, peptides, and enzymatic botanicals. You’ll leave completely relaxed with a brighter, youthful, radiant glow. A truly unique experience crafted for both gentlemen and ladies.

What I cherish most living in the Blue Ridge Mountains are the people -sincere, loyal, generous, genuine, and devoted. Our mountain community is strong, unified, and tightly knit. I’m surrounded by lifelong friendships and meaningful connections built through family, work, church, and school. Our circle of friendship creates a life rich in integrity and positive relationships.
Delighted to call the pristine Blue Ridge Mountains home, living here inspires one of my favorite verses.
“For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under Heaven.” Ecclesiastes 3:1

I love living in the mountains to be with nature and the wonderful people who live here!

My Favorite service is a body scrub coupled with a 60 or 90 min. Massage. The service is filled with a multitude of sensations that overload the nervous system for Ultimate relaxation. From soft dry brush exfoliation to aromatic salts in shea butter to steamed towels follow by a hot shower. It's as if the nervous system totally lets go and is now prepared for a therapeutic but relaxing bodywork session.

I Love living in the mountains because the feeling of community is unmatched. Being a neighbor is not lost in the mountains and therefore it always feels like Home.

I wouldn’t say I have a single favorite service in particular. Rather, I specialize in a range of therapeutic techniques, drawing from my 26 years experience to meet each client’s unique needs. As an experienced therapist and a mentor within the practice, I’m passionate about both supporting clients and guiding fellow colleagues.

Outside of my work, I truly love just about everything that comes with living in the mountains.

I enjoy all treatments, but my favorites are the scalp refresher, back scrub, and foot scrub. These areas are often overlooked, yet they play a key role in helping clients fully relax. I like to start with the scalp to calm the mind, then move to the back—an area clients can’t easily reach—and finish with the feet. Since we spend so much time standing and walking, I especially enjoy foot work, helping clients leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and free of discomfort.

What I love most about being in the mountains is the clean, crisp air and lack of pollution. I enjoy the clear night skies, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and hiking trails that lead to beautiful, refreshing waterfalls reminding me of the Garden of Eden."

The Signature Massage always leaves me feeling like someone pressed the reset button on my whole body, fixing the build up of tension and stress.

I never get tired of all the greenery I see. It feels like being in your own little world all the time.

Dermaplaning, customized facials, facial and body sculpting, microdermabrasion, facial peels, and lymphatic drainage around the eyes—a wonderful treatment that can help reduce puffiness and improve the appearance of dark circles.
I also have a special passion for educating clients about rosacea and sensitive skin care. Using techniques such as cool gauze therapy and cold stone treatments, I help calm and soothe the skin while teaching clients effective ways to manage their skin concerns at home.
My goal is to combine advanced skincare treatments with personalized education, empowering every client to look and feel their very best.

I genuinely love getting a classic mani-pedi — they’re incredibly relaxing and one of my favorite ways to unwind. My premier service is the Diamond manicure and pedicure, which deeply moisturizes and nourishes the skin, leaving hands and feet feeling incredibly soft and healthy.

Ever since I was little, I have loved doing hair, makeup, and nails. Then I heard about Avery Connect, and I really wanted to give it a chance and try cosmetology out. Then Michele, my mentor, had found Eseeola Spa, and my mom and dad said that they knew George and Mitzi and you were super friendly and nice. So I was super excited about the opportunity to have an internship here.
