Cancellation Policies

7-Day Cancellation Policy on all Group of 5 or more (up to 8 service hours) and Day Packages greater than 4 hours.

Requires 100% non-refundable payment at time of reservation. 20% gratuity is included. In the event a group cancels within the 7-day period, payment made to the spa is non-refundable however, you may transfer your group to an alternate date within a 6-month period.

24 Hours Cancellation Policy.

Credit Card Required to Reserve.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy when booking more than 2 service hours.

Requires 100% non-refundable payment at time of reservation.

20% gratuity is included. Excludes Double 90 min massage/facials

14-Day Cancellation Policy on Wedding Parties and Groups of 8 or more.

Requires contract and 100% non-refundable payment at time of reservation. 20 % gratuity is included. In the event a group cancels within the 14-day period, payment made to the spa is non-refundable however you may transfer your group to an alternate date within a 6-month period
